Jackson Pointe

This past weekend, Hunter and I took a little getaway trip over to a cabin in Arkansas. We decided that it would be a great time of R and R before Hunt started his new job. West and Mom have been working really hard to get the cabin looking great, and I must say it may be one of my new favorite places. West's amazing dad, Pop, passed away this summer and loved this cabin more than anything. He left it to West for us all to enjoy now, and now I can see why he loved it so much. The isolation and quiet has something magical to it, like it's refreshing to take a deep breath. Not to mention that Drummer absolutely loved it. He has gone swimming before, but it's always been haphazard, dunking his head under and then gasping for breath when he comes out. Well this past weekend he REALLY learned how to swim...I felt like a nervous mother. We had such a great time and can't wait to go back! I'll leave you with some pictures of our weekend:
